The Daily Independent March 22, 1893
Articles of Incorporation were filed today in the office of secretary of state 
creating the Eugene harware company. The  incorporators are A.P. Svarverud, M. 
Svarverud and W.J. Campbell. the capiatl stock is $20,000 and the principal 
place of business in Eugene,Or.
