The Daily Independent March 23, 1893
Aricles were filed today in the office of Secretary of State, incorporating 
the Josephine county Bank. The capital stock is $ 20,000 and the principal 
place of business, Grant's pass, Josephine county,Oregon. The incorporators 
are d.Dixon, P.H. Harth,  , Thos. P.Cramer, J.L. alvert, Harry Smith, Edwin 
Lister,L.L. Jennings, W.E. Dean and C.K. Chanilar.
