The Capital Evening Journal January 8, 1890
Articles of incorporation were filed with the secretary od state today, as 
following: Portland and Willamette Falls Railway Co., capital stock $500,000, 
with Geo. A. Sheppard, Frank V. Drake, and Cas W. Barlow, as incorporators; 
principal office at Portland. East Portland and Barlow Railroad Co., same 
incorporators and stock.
