The Daily Independent April 6, 1893
Articles were filed today in the office of secretary of state creating the 
Suckerland Mining Co., The incorporators are H.D.Dalmas, Wm. W.Phillips, and 
J.M. Sturdivant. The capital stock is $2000 and principal place of business at 
Myrtle Point,Coos County, Oregon.
