The Bailey Ditch comapny filed articles of incorporation in the office of 
secretary today. The incorporators are: D.W. Baily, A. Baily and H.P. Baily. 
The capital stock is $200,000, and the principal place of 
business,Portland,Oregon.

The Portland Publishing Company, with incorporators, E.T.Simmons, O.H.McIsaac 
and L.T.Terry. Capital stocl,$5,000 and principal place of business, Portland.

The Northwest Gaurdsman Publishing Company. Incorporators,Chas. F.Beebe, 
H.L.Wells, and C.H.McIsaac. Capital stock,$5,000,and principal place of 
business,Portland.

The Chemical Engine Company,No.3, Incorporators,A.E.Bloom,Joseph Hedges and 
D.Myers, and principal place of business, Albany,Oregon.

The Gresham Fruit Canning and Drying Company,Incorporators, George 
W.Kinney,J.J.Robertson, N.L.Smith,et al., capital stock,$5,000,and principal 
place of business, Gresham, Multnomah county,Oregon.
