In the County Court Of The State of Oregon, for the County of Marion
In the matter of the estate of Martha Ashcroft, deceased.
To Mrs. F.J. Galentine, Hubbard,Oregon; Effie M.Cooley, Woodburn,Oregon; Mary 
E. Clerk,Baker City, Oregon; Sarah E Downing,Dillon, Kansas; and all others 
interested, known or unknown, greetings.
In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby cited and required to 
appear in the County Court of the State of Oregon, for the County of Marion, 
at the courtroom thereof, at Salem, in the County of Marion, on Thursday, the 
27th day of April,1893, there to show cause if any there be, why the real 
property of said decedent should not be sold as prayed for in peition of 
administrator and describes as follows to wit: The fractional block No.97, as 
shown by the recorded plat of Hubbard,Marion County,Oregon.
Witness, the Hon.C.W.Hubbard,judge of the County Court of the State of Oregon, 
for the County of Marion, with the seal of said court affixed, this 23rd day 
of March,A.D.,1893.
