The Capital Journal January 4, 1890
At the door fo the couthouse this morning, Sheriff E.M.Croisan sold at public 
sale on an execution the Seyphert estate, consisting of 80 acres of land in t8 
s s (?) 2 W. and also 116 acres in section 9,t 8, s1 2w. The property wa 
spurchased by M.L.Chamberlin for $632. The property is subject to a mortgage 
of $2800.
