J.C.Fowler is building a new harness shop.He says he is getting tired of paying rent. Since Tom James painted the hotel he has changed its name to the Ohio House. J.L.Calvert and wife went to Portland Tuesday,Dec.11th. M.Lonsberry and family went to Portland last Saturday. Hubbard is quite lively nowadays. Team after team is hauling in potatoes. Mr.G.D.Dimick handles and ships nearly all of them. Lonsberry handles the grain and hay. Mr.Bohn thinks of putting up a blacksmith and wagon shop here soon.
