The Capital Journal January 4, 1890
County Clerk Babcock graciously smiled and placed his official seal to a 
couple of marriage licenses this morning.The happy parties were W.H.Smith and 
Hattie Clark, also Francis A. Durette and Isabel Imlah(?).
