The horses can be seen at the stables of Ryan & Co. Mrs. M.J. Train, of Albany, is in the city. Mrs. Train will soon be ready to send Oregon's women's exhibit to the fair. She is ably assisted in her work by Miss Ada Breyman. Prof. S.A.Starr came down from Portland yesterday and will go to Grant's Pass today in the interest of the Portland hospital. A marriage license was issued today by the county clerk to D.D. Coffey and Miss Maggie Badger. John Alfred Baum was today made a citizen of the United States.
