Woodburn Independent December 1, 1888
Jacob Becker and wife have sold their property, consisting of a house and six 
acres of land to Frank Girard, of Cathlamet, W.T.; consideration $800,spot cash.

Walter T.Tooze, last week, sold some property consisting of a small house and 
six acres of land,partly cleared, to Mrs.Salome Daws, of Silverton, 
consideration $ 860.

Mr.G.W.Poiser has sold his Brickyard and residence to Maj. Leonard, who will 
immediately occupy it as a residence.

Mr.Poiser has removed to Salem, where he is engaged in business.
