Morning Oregonian April 26, 1893
Silas Foster and James H.Ross have been appointed special officers at the 
world's fair from Oregon. These appointments were made by the director-general.

In the supreme court today an extension of the time granted for filing a 
rehearing in the case of the Portland Construction Comanp vs. the Portland 
Cable Comapny. The judges go to Pendleton next week to convene the supreme 
court for the Eastern Oregon term.
