Thomas Farquer, app. vs. the city of Roseburg,resp. appeal from Douglas 
County,\; judgement of the court below was reversed and remanded back for a 
new trial; opinion by Lord,J.

J.B.Parker,resp., vs. Mary A. and J.A.Newitt, appeal from Multnomah county; 
judgement of the lower court affirmed; opinion by Lord J.Thayer, C.J. desonts.

Geo. Haynes,resp., vs. J.H. Whilsett,et al, apps; appeal from Douglas county; 
judgement of the court below affirmed; opinion by Strahan,J.

James H.Woodward,resp.,vs. The O.R.& N. Co., app.; appeal from Multnomah 
county; judgement of the court below reversed and the case remanded for a new 
trial; opinions by Strahan,J.

C.C.Beekman,app.,vs.Jackson county,resp.; judgement of the court below 
reversed. Oridnarily such a disposition of a case is followed by an order 
remanding it to the court below for a new trial; but under thew peculiar 
circumstances existing in this cas such order will not be made. It will be 
remanded,howe, with directions to dismiss complaint; opinion by Thayer,C.J.

submitted.
