Morning Oregonian September 1, 1904
Dr.F.H.Williams,of Woodburn,was arrested late last night at the Union Depot,as 
he was returning from the annual session of the medicos to his home inj 
Woodburn. The charge against him is that of failing to have a medical 
license.The arrest warrant was issued by the Justice of the Peace at 
Woodurn.Williams claims that the warrant is the result of spitework o the part 
of a professional rival at Woodburn.he left $100 bail for his appearance in 
Police Court today.
