Mrs. W.J. Herren Is Laid to Rest in Family Plot

Mrs. W.J. Herren, who died at Salem Friday morning, was buried yesterday 
afternoon in the family plot, her funeral being largely attended by friends 
and relatives from all sections of the state. She was a pioneer of 1845, and 
lived practically all her life in the vicinity of Salem. Mrs. Herren was born 
September 22, 1830, at Liberty, Clay County, Mo., and left 5 sons, 11 
grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was highly esteemed in the 
community where she resided so long.

Her first name was Eveline. A picture was with the article in the newspaper.
