Dear Jean, I received this in the mail from Salem Public Library on Saturday.  
The Reference found it listed in the newspaper, "The Statesman", Salem, Or, 
Friday 3-14-1947 Pg 5.
 
Klingbeil,
    In this city March 12, Fred W. Klingbeil, age 64, late resident of route 
5, box 252, Salem.  Husband of Emma G. Klingbeil, brother of Mrs. Hattie 
Loomis and Mrs. George Nelson, both of Enderland, N.D. (NOTE from JOAN-this 
was the spelling used in obit); Mrs. Charles Pike, Superior, Wis.; Mrs. Art 
Tupper, Santa Cruz; Mrs. Alvena Michand, St Paul, Minn.  Services Saturday, 
March 15, at 3 p.m., the W.T. Rigdon chapel.  Concluding services at Belcrest 
Memorial Park, the Rev. S. Raynor Smith officiating.
 
They sent the same article from another newspaper too. I just thought you 
might be interested in this.  I am going to try to find out more about his 
wives.  Should be fun.  As you notice, no children were mentioned.  Joan Lee
