He was nineteen years of age, and came to this state from Minnesota about a month ago. William B.Jones, his employer,states that Tuttle was cautioned, and told to get out of the way, as the tree was about to fall in his direction.He did not obey,however, and oen of the branches of the descending tree struck him on the head,causing him instant death.
