Died-In Eola,Polk county,Oregon on November 3,1869.Mrs Jane Waller,on her 77th 
birthday.Mrs Waller was one among the pioneers of Oregon,having emigrated  to 
Oregon fromPike County ,Illinois,in company with her son Rev.H.M.Waller in 
1847.She lived some forty years as a widow,and had the gratification and is 
entitled to the honor of raising a large family in credit and 
respectability.Perhaps the best that can be said  of her is that she was a 
good woman,loved,honored and respected by all who knew her.She had for many 
years been a consistent  and devoted member of the Christian Church.As the 
Christian dieth so did she,full of faith and confidence ina  glorious 
resurrection.She will be missed in the circle of her acquaintances
