It wa salleged that he went on her premises in Upper Albina against her express orders. The mother in law is a Russion, and being unable to speak English gave her evidence through wn interpreter. She was the only witness examined. Sinner, a trembling little fellow, was then put on the stand. He declined to say anything, and seemed in mortal terror of his mother in law. He was found guilty and fined $5,and not paying he was committed to the county jail.
