Eugene,Or.,Nov.7,(Special)- In the Circuit Court today Charles Alley was 
arraigned on a charge of murder for the killing of J.N.Howard, who was his 
partner in a logging camp on Fall Creek. He pleaded not guilty and his trial 
was set for Thursdy.
