William L.Morgan,William F.Fliedner and Annie H.Shogren filed incoporation 
articles in the County Clerk's office yesterday of the Wellington Coompany. 
The objects announced are to deal in real and perosnal property,let and sublet 
an dlease the same,ect. The capital stock is $50,000.
