Morning Oregonian August 7, 1904
To recover $150 due for a wholesale license, Charles Holman, Deputy Collector 
of Internal Revenue, went to Sellwood yesterday and levied on teh Portland 
Weiss Beer Brewing & Bottled Company's plant, 527 Milwaukie street. The 
brewery people had paid a retail license and latterly, it is asserted, they 
have been doing a wholesale business.
