BROWN RECOVERING Mrs. C. B. Brown, one of the victims of the wreck of the Elks' excursion train August 22, is still a patient at St. Vincent's hospital. Mrs. Brown lost one arm and for a long time hovered between life and death. Although she is now improving her recovery is very slow. She is still confined to her room.
