Morning Oregonian September 11, 1904
H.B.Owsley,wanted in Portland for obtaining money under false pretenses,has 
been arrested at Colfax,Wash.,and Constable Jackson,of Justice Reed's 
Court,will go for the prisoner today.George Crane, who conducts a saloon at 
Sixth and Alder streets,alleges that he advanced $45 to Owsley on a 
check,which,when presented to the bank,was returned marked "no funds"
