Coroner Finley investigated the case fully yesterday morning and became convinced that the death of the Loewig boy was the result of a deplorable accident.He accordingly announced that no inquest was necessary and young Edelman was released from the City Jail,where he had been confined to await the action of the coroner. The Edelman boy is heartbroken over the affair.When he was released he was taken at once to his home at 281 Water street by his father.The two boys had been the best of friends and playmates for years. "I know it was an accident," said Edelman's father,yesterday,"but the thought of it almost kills the boy's mother and me."
