Judge Shattuck has ordered J.R. Stoddard to produce certain necessary papers in the suit of J.L.Sperry vs. J.A.Wasco. Judge Moreland has appointed F.B. Stewart as administrator of the estate of J.Frank Stewart, with bonds fixed at $5,000. The mandamus suit of S.M.Keenan & Sons aginst City Treasurer Hacheny was taken under advisement by Judge Shattuck yesterday. The Crouch Electric Supply Company has been incorporated with a capitalization of $100,000 by Samul L.Lovell, H.J. Singleton and Edmund C. Giltner. M.V. Franklin will be arraigned today on a charge of larceny.Complaint is made by C.C.Thompson that Franklin stole a lot of personal effects from the premises of Dan Marx. The Blotter State Circuit Court No. 1, Shattuck.J, First National Bank of Seattle vs. J.A. Andrews; judgement for want of answer. State Circuit Court No.3, Stearns,J. F.E.Beach vs. H.W.Hill; motion to strike out parts of complaint overruled; 10 days to answer. F.M. Rex vs Annie M. Jones et al; demurrer to answerof G.Hotchkiss overruled; three days to answer. F.F.Patterson vs Emma P. Patterson; order allowing alimony and attorneys fees set aside on motion of defendant. J.McCracjen & Co. vs. Mrs. B. Eiwert et al; demurrers to complaint argued and submitted. F.D.Baker vs. L.D.Brown et al; seperate motions of defendants to strike out parts of answer of L.D.Brown argued and submitted.
