Monring Oregonian September 21, 1904
Suit for a divorce had been filed by Cota E.Boyle against James Boyle,because 
of desertion beginning in 1897.
The Victor Land Company has commenced suit in the State Circuit Court against 
Grace D.Turner to foreclose a mortgage for $256 on lot 20,block 23,Mt.Tabor 
Villa.
Samuel T.Webster has filed a mechanic's lien in the State Cirxuit Court 
against Cate&Powell and Equitable Savins & Loan Association to recover $97 
balance due for lathing and plastering a house erected for Katherine Linden in 
Hawthorne addition.The Savings & Loan Association holds mortgage on the 
property.
Matilda Frank has sued N.J.Feuk of Palestine,for a divorce because of cruel 
treatment,and false charges of infedelity.She alleges in her complaint that 
the defendant in the presence of  others said to her"I don't care to support a 
woman of your character and habits," and wrongfully accused her of undue 
familiarity with Henry Antonison and George Goss. The litigants were married 
in Portland in 1876.
