Morning Oregonian August 5, 1904
In the dispute ot the ownership of $3,000,000 worth of mining property near 
Baker City,the Iron Dyke Copper Mining Company  sued the Iron Dyke Railroad 
Company,moved to avoid the service of a subpoena upon them, on the plea that 
their presence within the jurisdiction at the time of the foreclosure of the 
mortgage at the State Court. Judge Bellinger denied the motion.
