An interesting question relating to the rights of citizenship comes up in the 
case of Robert Irving against O.M. Smith,et al., Judge Bellinger decided that 
the allegation thet the defendant is a citizen of another state is not an 
equivalence of non residence here, and that citizenship is not conclusive of 
residence.He allowed the motion to remand the case to State Court.
