Morning Oregonian August 2, 1904
William L.Morgan,Katie M.Morgan,and Robert Galloway, as the incorporators of 
the Apartment Building Company,took out articles of incorporation yesterday,to 
acquire,sell and otherwise dispose of unimproved and improved property in this 
state,California,Washington and Idaho,and also borrow and loan money. The 
capital stock is $50,000,divided into 5,000 shares of $100 each. Mr.Morgan,the 
only person who knows about the deal,is at present in California.
