E.P.McCrosky has filed an attachment suit against Gus Routh,a saloonkeeper at 
46 Fourth street North,to recover $199 on account of money loaned and bills 
paid for the defendant.Routh obtained a release of the place from the 
attachment by filing a bond.
Jessie M.Honeyman,Arthur Honeyman and R.C.Knney yesterday filed articles of 
incorporation in the office of the county clerk of the Honeyman-Kinney 
Company,capital stock $20,000.The object announced is to conduct a general 
mercantile business.
