He talks incessantly about some one who, he says, was killed by eating boiled eggs. Catherine Dower, 79 years old, was also declared insane. She is very violent and restraint had to be used. The cause of her malady is not known. A young lady, whose parents live on the East side, was the third person committed. Upon examination, it was round about 12 years ago she was vaccinated, and impure vaccine virus was used. Immediately afterward she was troubled with face eeruptions, and was subsequently seized with severe illness. Her mind commenced to weaken, and in a few years she was reduced to a condition of idiocy.
