The Oregonian April 23, 1893
Judge Stearns deided yesterday that the property involved in the Epperly 
divorce suit belongs to the defendant, Mrs.Jane Epperly. The action for 
divorce was taken under advicement.
Divorces were granted yestday to Alphia Johnson and James JOhnson, on the 
ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, and to John A.Sandal from Rosa Sandal 
for desertion.
