Morning Oregonian October 23, 1904
Captain and Mrs. Falling, of Edgartown,Mass., announce the engagement of their 
daughter,Miss Louise G.Falling, to Mr. Eugene D.Frost,of Atlanta,Ga., Captain 
Falling was formerly stationed here in charge of the revenue cutter Perry and 
Mr. Frost was formerly in the Army Quartermaster's Department here,being 
prominent in the mUltnomah Club.
The engagement of Miss Mabel Ella White, of Arlington,Or., to Captain Charles 
Jordan, of Astoria,is announced. The wedding will take place at the home of 
Captain and Mrs.Peter Jordan in Astoria on Monday, October 3. No cards.
The engagement of Miss Lillie Hexter and Mr. Lawrence Strause is announced. 
They will receive next Sunday from 2 to 6 o'clock at the home of Mrs.Louis 
Hexter,192 Twelfth street.
Mr. and mrs. William Wiltshire announce the engagement of their daughter,Alice 
Emma, to James Martin MacGregor. The wedding is to take place early in 
November.
Mr. and mrs. George W.Proebstel annonce the engagement of their 
daughter,Christine,to Mr.Levi Allen Hughes, of Sante Fe,N.M. the wedding to 
occur at an early date.
Mr. and Mrs. C.J.Capell,of Spokane,Wash., announce the negagement of their 
sister, miss Lina Rindsberger,to Mr. Adolf Feuchtwanger,of Portland
