A.D.Moodle has filed a mechanic's lien suit in the State Circuit Court against 
Fred T.Merrill,Caroline H.Bainbridge, and S.Morton Cohn to recover $100 for 
work performed in raising the roof of a building on Sixth street,between 
Washington and Stark.Jacob Krimbell,the contractor,has sued the same parties 
for $179 for work done on the same building in February,1904.Mrs.Bainbridge 
owned the property,and sold it to S.Morton Cohn for $95,000.Merrill claimed to 
have a lease of the place,and starte to build a theater.Merrill is still in 
possession,although suits to eject him have been prosecuted.
