This was done on the reccemendation of Deputy District Attorney Adams,who permitted Dunn to enter a plea of guilty to simple larceny.The people in the Kingston House who lost the money,it is reported,did not desire to prosecute.A charge against Dunn of committing a similar offense in a house at the corner of Sixth and Couch streets was dismissed for lack of evidence.
