Monring Oregonian September 21, 1904
The jury in the suit of Nelse Hallem against Fred H.Hoenel,William Fuestel and 
William A.Wagner,returned a verdict yesterday morning for $50 damages.Halem 
sued for $2000 damages for alleged injuries sustained in faling into a cellar 
at Fourth and Glisan streets. The trial consumed three days,and the jury 
remianed out all night deliberating upon the verdict.
