Conrad,which is the name of Peter Conrad's wife. Peter Conrad filed a plea in abatement on the ground that he is not I.P.Conrad and could not be so sued. The jury decided there was nothing to abate,and Conrad must nor defend the case upon its merits.Ed Mendenhall argued the case for Kronenberg.
