Milton Gable Arrested On Embezzlement Charge
Ex-Member of the Washington Legislature in Benton County Jail,Waive Extradition
Corvallis,Or.,Oct.28(Special)- Milton Gable,ex member of the Washington 
Legislature and ex grain ealer at Wilbur,Wash., was arrested here today and is 
nowin the County Jail. He is wanted at Davenport,Wash., on a charge of 
embezzlement,committd in July,1903. 
Gable has been in hiding for more than a year and during the two or three 
months that he has worked as a carpenter in Northern Benton County has been 
known as M.G.Munn. He has admitted his identity and has consented to go to 
Davenport for trial without extradition. He is 55 years of age and a man of 
culture.
