McMinnville,Or.,Aug.31-(Special)- Judge Rhodes today pronounced Frank Leboal 
iinsnae, and Sheriff Corrigan will convey him to the State Asylum.Leboal's 
mind has been unbalanced for several months. Yesterday he imagined that some 
one had robbed of a large sum of money.
On meeting Jack Agee, a prominent farmer of this vicinity,upon the street,he 
furiously attacked him with a knife. Several men were standing near and 
pevented what might have been a murder. leboal,on being asked,for the cause of 
hsi action,said that Agee was the man who robbed him.
