In the same court A.Beier, charged with stealing a tombstone from a grave in Love's cemetery, was remanded to the grand jury under bonds fixed at $250. Justice Wood fined A.Craib $15 for breaking in the door of a First street lodging house. In this court J.Bloodsworth will be examined this morning on two charges of obtaining money under false pretenses from J.Landigan. The total amounts involved is $35.
