Morning Oregonian October 4, 1904
"Judge" Leonard won her plea for reinstatement of the case against Mrs. Lena 
Dixon in the east Side Court yesterday on the plea that nervousness had 
clouded her brain and she had forgotten she had a case in court. The suit was 
decided against her on default. The attorney for Mrs.Dixon agreed to try the 
case if Mrs.Leonard would pay the costs. Justice Waldemar Seton reinstated the 
suit on these terms.
