On the indictmentn for robbing the residence of L.F. Chemin, on which he was convivted a few days ago, he was given five years. He then pleaded guilty to a charge of burglarizing the Cosmopolitan hotel, and was given three years. The indictments fro larceny of goods valued at $50 from John BUrns and various articles of the value of $5 from D.E. Robbin were dismisssed. Louis wil be held in the county jail until Wednesday to await the arrival of some papers wanted by his attorneys.
