Rosa May Jennings,who says she was married to William Jennings at Fort 
Scott,Kan., in 1895,yesterday filed suit against him in the State Circuit 
Court for a divorce,and for custody of a minor child. She allegesthat Jennings 
deserted her in October,1899 and has failed to provide for her support 
since.She asks to be allowed to resume her maiden name Noret.
