Morning Oregonian August 2, 1904
In spite of the possible discomfort and the war,Dr. and Mrs.J.Hunter Wells and 
their children,with Dr.Well's parents,Dr. and Mrs.George M.Wells,expect to 
sail for Corea next week.Dr.J.Hunter Wells,who is a medical missionary under 
the Presbyterian board,is anxious to proceed to the mission station at Pyeng 
Yang, where there is a church,with a congregation of about 1200 persons.
