The Oregonian April 23, 1893
Mr.Lionel R.Webster, who has been seriously ill with acute inflammation of the 
stomach since January 1, was taken to the Good Samaritan Hospital, at 
Portland, last night by her husband,Judge Webster, and the attending 
physician, Dr. E.P. Geary, to have the advantage of associate counsel and 
hospital attendance, as her case is considered a most serious one.
