Morning Oregonian September 11, 1904
It was officially announced at the Good Samaritan Hospital last night that 
Officer Ole Nelson,who was shot down by "Babe" Walton during an attempt to 
hold up a twenty third street car,is out of danger.The officer's constitution 
was in such perfect condition that all fears were dispelled as soon as it was 
known that there would be no complications.Mrs.Nelson spends the greater 
partof her time at the hospital at her husband's bedside.
