Morning Oregonian October 8,1904 October 7, 1904
Vancouver Barracks,Wash.,Oct.7-(Special)- Lieutenant Louis Rancourt, who 
reported at Vancouver Barracks from Fort Wrigth a day or two since, is under 
arrest on a charge of overstaying his leave of absence b two days. On account 
of mitigating circumstances that will be presented at his court martial it is 
believed he will escape with a reprimand.
