Mornign Oregonian September 21, 1904
Roy Wooden,19 years old,arrested for entering stores in Mt.Tabor last summer 
and committing numerous larcenies,was allowed to plead guilty to simple 
larceny by Deputy District Attorney Adams yesterday,and was sentenced to 8 
months in the County Jail,which means that period of work on the rock pile.The 
specific charges against him was larceny in Hinton's grocery store.He is also 
charged with burglary in entering the drug store of Thomas Graham,but this 
case will probably not be pressed.
