The Oregonian April 23, 1893
John E. Wallace, administrator of the estate of Mary Bodaila, has begun a suit 
against the City & Suburban Street Railway Company fro $5,000, the amount at 
which he values his intestate's life. Mary Bodaila is  the 6 year old girl who 
was run over and killed by a car on the defendant's line on Nineteenth and 
Savier streets early last November. The complaint alleges that the car was 
runnning at the rate of 20 miles per hour and was unskillfully and negligently 
managed.
